We are building the platform
Indian law firms have always needed.

Mach Legal is built by Attainmach 33 LLP — a company that believes the best legal platform for Indian firms should be built in India, by people who understand Indian law.

Why we are building this.

Indian corporate law firms manage some of the most complex work in the world — cross-border transactions touching multiple regulators across jurisdictions, litigation spanning years across forums, compliance obligations across hundreds of client entities.

The tools available to them have never matched the sophistication of the work. Practice management software built for American small firms. AI tools trained on American case law. Court integration bolted on from a third party. Billing systems that do not understand GST. A different vendor for each problem, none of them talking to the others.

Mach Legal exists to change that. Not by adapting a foreign product for India, but by building the right thing from scratch — with Indian law, Indian courts, Indian compliance, and Indian data sovereignty at the foundation of every decision.

The result is not "a good legal tool for India." It is the platform the Indian legal industry has deserved for two decades.

The four things that make it different.

01

Practice management that runs the whole firm, not just billing.

Deep client management, conflict checks, team hierarchy, time tracking, and profitability — built for the actual structure of Indian law firms, not adapted from a small-business tool.

02

A case management engine that generates the plan.

The engine takes the facts of an engagement and generates a complete, structured matter plan with all the right workstreams, dependencies wired to each other, conditions precedent tracked, and a critical path to closing — then keeps it current as reality changes. No other platform does this.

03

AI that is grounded in Indian law and the firm's own data.

Indian legal corpus. Indian Kanoon. The firm's own accumulated matters and research. Every AI output cited to its source and confirmed by a human before it changes anything. AI as a scalpel, not a chatbot.

04

Court data inside the matter, not in a separate tab.

Live eCourts and NJDG integration. Limitation deadline computation. Regulatory calendars. The court information is inside the matter it belongs to, surfaced to the right person at the right time.
